It started when two friends and like-minded agents decided to start a team. Brad & Russ met in real estate school. They found they shared similar work ethic, priorities, and goals – to serve their clients needs at the highest level, and co-founded Fine Living Realty! Fast forward to today and they have built one of the most well-respected and highly effective real estate teams in the Charlotte region. In 2020, they became a founding team. As of 2024, Fine Living Realty has closed more than $1oo Million in sales, and is consistently one of the top producing teams in all of Charlotte region.
